I, Amanda Gervais, Sole Proprietor of Maid2Praise Housekeeping, serving the State of Louisiana % Vernon Parish (is effective as of June 23, 2023 and to remain in effect for the life of my Business), am committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and transparency in our business relationships.

 

Personal NDA and Privacy Policy

This section outlines Maid2Praise Housekeeping's personal Non-Disclosure Agreement and Privacy Policy, which is designed to protect both mine and your personal or sensitive information. It also ensures that anything I am entrusted with will remain 100% confidential.

Confidential information is ANY information furnished vocally, by document, call, text, email, or by ANY other means from Residential and/or Commercial Clients.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Client information. Employee information. Organizational information. Professional or Personal information such as names, ages, sex, lifestyle, family members, physical addresses, email, phone number, as well as any personal or legal documents through mail, email, call, text or any other document or contact form.
  • My own employment status % use of photos taken. I will NOT disclose my exact job location in respect of your privacy, your place of business, your residence and/or your affiliation or reputation as such.
    I will NOT take advantage, reproduce and/or use your information for my personal gain, nor give the information out to unauthorized third parties without YOUR permission.

 

EXCEPTIONS OF OBLIGATION OF CONFIDENTIALITY

  • If there is a possibility that a criminal offence is taking place/has been committed or mentioned.
  • If there is suspected child abuse/neglect and/or domestic violence of another vulnerable person, or the suspicion or intent to harm another.
  • Discussion or suspicion of suicide/suicidal thoughts. PLEASE DO NOT FEEL THAT YOU ARE ALONE. Talk to me! 
  • I am obligated by Louisiana Law to report it to the proper Authorities.

Photograph Disclaimer and Privacy Policy

Maid2Praise Housekeeping takes photos of residential and commercial spaces we clean for various purposes, including but not limited to:

Marketing and Advertising, Quality Control and Assurance, Training and Education, Liability and Insurance Purposes, Documentation of Services Provided, to encourage potential clients, etc.

COMMERCIAL PHOTO USAGE

When photographing commercial properties, we may capture images of publicly accessible areas, such as lobbies, reception areas, or other common spaces.

  • Photos include but not limited to bathrooms, walls, appliances, seating, floors, etc.
  • Photos will NOT be taken of personal desks, items, or paperwork.
  • Photos will NOT be taken in/of personal spaces.

 

 

RESIDENTIAL PHOTO USAGE

When photographing residential properties, we may capture images of publicly accessible areas, such as nearby businesses, roads, or other common outdoor areas.

  • I will NOT disclose your name, address (or any other personal items or information) in ANY photo taken!
  • Before and after photos usually consist of bathrooms, kitchens, main living areas, floors, furniture, and other small details.
  • Photos will NOT be taken of personal items in personal spaces.

 

 

We understand that some areas of your property may contain sensitive or confidential information. We will take exceptional care to avoid capturing such information in our photos. However, if you have specific concerns or restrictions, please unform us prior to taking photographs.

 

Property Identification

We WILL NOT intentionally identify your property or disclose your personal information in connection with the photography, unless required by law or with your explicit consent. 

 

Photograph Ownership

All photographs taken by Maid2Praise Housekeeping remain our property, and we reserve the right to use, reproduce, and distribute them as outlined in this policy.

 

Opt-Out

If you do not wish to have your property photographed, please notify us prior to our services. We will respect your wishes will full compliance of your decision.

By allowing Maid2Praise Housekeeping to take photos of your property, you hereby grant us permission to use the photos for the purposes outlined above.

 

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this photography disclaimer, NDA and privacy policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our Website.
